LIN Allotment
The Shram Suvidha Portal has been started with a vision to provide a common platform to employers by replacing multiple labour law registration and compliance requirements with a single, unique LIN across various labour enforcement agencies. The LIN would gradually subsume the multiple registration numbers presently being issued separately by Labour Enforcement Agencies i.e. ESIC registration Number, EPFO number, Registration number under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, etc. This would further ease the compliance mechanism for the Employers.
