The e-Return facility on Shram Suvidha Portal is developed to facilitate establishments or employers to submit Returns under Labour Laws Online. The Unified Shram Suvidha Portal has been envisaged as a single point of contact between employer, employee and enforcement agencies bringing in transparency in their day-to-day interactions. This is the official portal of Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India with objective of single window access to the Labour Return related services for Employers/Establishments and other stakeholders.
